Music is for everyone and is imperative in supporting learning and development. Brendan has completed a degree in Music Performance, 20 years of experience working in the disability sector and I am currently studying towards a Master of Education.
The Drum Practice offers school sessions as part of school extracurricular activity. These sessions encourage accessibility and inclusivity. Learning to play an instrument along-side education has many benefits.
Learning music will develop:
self-empowerment, self-discipline, trust, patience, supportive interaction, communication and relationship building, coordination and motor skills, improved confidence, cooperation and collaboration.
As part of my passion and career direction, I also specialise in developing students with disability. Pricing is school and program-specific so please contact me to enquire and find out more.
